Is it okay to pre-make baby bottles?

Is it okay to pre-make baby bottles? Like put the powder in the bottles then add the water when i need it? Is that safe?
Im just wondering because i store the formula in the bottles and keep them in the cabinet. They dont last that long before i make more its just I dont know if its safe.. I just add water and go for the convienece.. just making sure its ok
should I just keep water in the bottles at lukewarm temp and keep them in the cabinet?
