I recently got a second piercing on my left ear. It says I should have an earring at all times in until after 6 months, but I am an athlete and my season is starting around the end of February, so my piercing would be a little more than 2 months old at that time.
I am not allowed to wear any jewelry during games, so I was wondering if my hole would close up if I left it piercing open for about 2 hours.
