I have boneless ribs that I bought a few days ago and it says sell by 4/20 can I cook it tonight and it will still be fine? If it doesn't smell or isn't slimy then it is okay right? How slimy does it have to be before knowing it's bad or good?
Thats' just the "sell by" date. Today is only the 21st. It is fine to cook and eat them today, but if you don't intend to use it today I would put it in the freezer for later use.
