Some people think it is: http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/libertycentral/2010/aug/25/climate-change-activists-broke-law
What does this say about the mindset of some people who are adamant AGW believers?
Paul's Alias - I get that you are an anti-smoking fanatic because you keep bringing it up. I don't smoke and I think the tobacco companies that misled the public about the harm of tobacco should have been kicked squarely in the nuts. However, I do not see what that has to do with my skepticism of the effects of secondhand tobacco smoke.
And I'll ask another question to you and anybody else out there: Do you think Martin Luther King would have condoned what those climate protesters did?
Dana and VMM - Please show evidence that the climategate emails were stolen and not leaked. While you're at it, please convince all of us that those emails were private and not public (i.e. funded by taxpayers). Why do you keep bringing them up if they don't matter?
