is it okay if i sell my car more than the price i paid for it?

i got it cash and the first owner just wants to get rid of it since she got a new one thats why she sold cheap...now, i cant afford the gas that why im thinking of selling it again...kelly blue books price for my car is way expensive than the price i got it...pls help!!!
