Okay so I'm in a really strict diet and so far I've lost 7 pounds in one and a half weeks from being overweight... (I'm 5`7 and i weighed 169 before). So you can tell I'd be really frustrated if I gained weight!!
Anyways, today is the only day i didn't do vigorous exercise like I usually do. It's my birthday (14 baby!!) and i'm really tired from volleyball last night.
Today I ate oatmeal, lots of tangerines (maybe 6?), two drumsticks (lean chicken w/ no fat), vegetable soup (180 calories), a pear, an apple, and a PB & J with 100% organic peanut butter with whole grain bread and barely jam. i also ate half a 1/16 of pumpkin pie and a piece of chocolate (70 calories) but I went straight to the treadmill after that in guilt and burned 322 calories!
I refrained myself from eating much after that. however at 9:30 I was so hungry I couldn't resist and I ate an apple. I plan on going to bed but i'm afraid i might not lose weight 'cause of this...or actually gain weight. please help. it's so frustrating because I ran my @ss off everyday to burn 800 calories and do all that sh*t and if this is causing me to stunt my weight loss then i'm going to be pissed as hell.
I heard apple is bad at night. HELP ME
