is it okay for me to tow a 1000 boat and trailer with my pontiac grand prix?

the car tow capacity is rated at 1000 pounds. the boat, trailer, and motor weigh about exactly 1000 pounds. How bad is it for my pontiac to tow at full capacity. Also, the destination is 350 miles each way
