Is it okay for guards in jail to wail on you without an attack against them?

I just got out of county jail where two of the gaurds beat me up for talkin trash to them after an incident, they kneed me in the face and stomach and ripped my clothes off and dragged me to the cell naked through the entire medical area. At no point and time during this incident did i attempt to strike them or even defend myself I got a black eyes sore ribs and the embarassment of being dragged through medical watch naked. SHould i get a lwayer?
 
If it happened the way you say it did, then yes, that wouldnt be a bad idea, you can start by filing a complaint with thier department so that the incident can be investigated and it also starts your paper trail. Just be sure that you are being 100% truthful about it.
