the ones that take up two burners. I believe some can be reversible for use as a griddle on one side and grill on the other. If it is ok to use them, Can someone give me your experience with them and which one you recommend? I don't really want to buy a real expensive one as I don't think I would use it every week-not sure. Give me your experience using one on that type of stove and how well it works if you like it etc. I have seen them on Emeril and also Rachael Ray and a few other cook shows but they all use gas stoves so not sure about electric-especially the ceramic style.
