Is it ok to tell a five year old she is eating her grandmother?

If her grandmother just died and I give her a hamburger and say, "That is grandma you are eating." Funny that her grandmother was from Hamburg so she was a Hamburger.
Well if it is ok to say she is eating Jesus at church?
