I came down with a fever cough and headache tonight. I feel horrible. I have already taken 20 mL of NyQuil to help me sleep. I was thinking about taking the Health A2Z Extra Strength Pain Relief for my headache. It says "Compare to Tylenol active ingredients." It also says "Acetaminophen" below the logo. I am a 20 year old male about 175. Can I take these meds together tonight so I can make it to the doctor tomorrow? I also took two of the pain pills about 8 hours earlier. Thank you very much!
