If I need somewhere to go to do homework on my laptop, can I sit at a UNBUSY restaurant during the middle of the day? I have this question because I would have a waitress and I don't know if it's considered rude. I'd be there about three hours but I would order food and leave about a 5 dollar tip. (really cheap food there, my food costs less than that). What is the etiquette? Thank you.
