Which details are you referring to? The ones where with Nstar on the side of roaRAB or actual city details? City details are not as often as the the ones hired by companies such as Nstar. The details such as Nstar are paid by those companies so when you see a cop getting paid 100k/year 40k of it is details paid by a company
