is it ok to have a whey protein shake with protein that is "best before March 09"?

that doesn't sound good but my mom says it's ok because there's no milk or eggs in the ingredients, and it smells ok... bought it from jimbo's like 2 years ago and im just starting to work out again.

what do you think?
well im gonna try it anyways ill let you guys know if i die later on.
yeah your shower floor isn't dry and tightly sealed either... wait your shower floor grows things?
