Is it ok to eat unhealthy when you do intense exercise?

I was able to lose 70 pounds and also gain muscle mass staying on my unhealthy diet, I just exercised 6 days a week. I did intense interval training and weight lifting. I also started to play basketball. Now I have pretty toned muscles a visible well toned 6 pack and 5% body fat. So is my diet ok? I eat dessert after a meal, usually cake, ice cream or a chocolate bar and my snacks are usually chips. I also drink soda with each meal and my meals are usually fried. I exercise a lot so is my diet ok? I also wasn't born with high metabolism, as I stated I lost 70 pounds ever since I started weight lifting and exercising and sports, so I was overweight back then.
