Ive had the flu pretty bad for about a week now and it just doesn't seem to be going away. I feel OK during the day but every night my fever comes right back and i feel awful. I assume the reason its taking me so long to get over this is due to me not eating very much at all. I have no appetite so i forget to eat or just eat little snacks like pudding. Im not nauseous but i dont really have the desire to eat any solid foods. would drinking a health drink like boost or ensure or slimfast give me the nutrients to help me get better or is that something that wont help?
