Doing spin bike on cardio deck , or spin class. I am in 2 spin classes a wk, its alot os interval training ,which is the best kind of cardio for you, shocks your body, doesn't adapt /get used to it. That is why I asked if you do it on your own, vs. in a spin class . My classes are 45-1 hr long , where you can burn up 600 to 1000 calories per individual cases .but also do other exercises besides that, circuit , weight training, Good luck, .If you are doing it by yourself, try other means of cardio, whether elliptical, try interval sprints,helps maximize your calories burned.
