I've been with my BF for 5 years and love him dearly, however he is currenlty suffereing from terminal colon cancer for the past 6 months, we are both 29 years old. I've quit my job and go to the hopsital everyday to be with him, his situation will not improve and the cancer is terminal. I haven't had sex for a long time and my libido is very strong, should i have sex with someone else or not? (it will be only sex and no love, coz i still love my bf)

I am sorry, but you need to seriously evaluate yourself. Your Boyfriend is a little more important that yourself right now.
 
That's a hard one (no pun intended) because I understand about a high sex drive since I have one, but on the other hand you are going to get a lot of "you are supposed to love your dying boyfriend" Type of answers.
