Is it ok to buy a 2001 Toyota Corolla with 4 previous owners?

A private seller selling it in $4200. Registration and other costs I'll have to bear. I'm about to get it inspected in a garage. Carfax report is good. Any car that I buy, I'll keep it with me for 6 months or so. After this I'll sell it as I'll be returning back to my country. So I'm thinking from the point of view of whether I'll be able to sell this car in a week's time with less depreciation.
 
The car shouldn't depreciate much in 6 months unless there is some series problem with it. It is suprising that the car like Corolla changed 4 owners. Check if these owners are related. Maybe they just moved the car from one family member to the next.

Try to negotiage the price as much as possible so that you don't lose money in 6 months when you sell it.
