I guess I messed up during my eye test when I put on the test glasses and he asked me to adjust things with the two little knobs on the side. I ordered my glasses online and got them yesterday and I've noticed that shapes are a little bent. For instance my wide screen monitor sort of curves inward as it goes down, making the bottom of the screen look a little smaller than the top. In other words, squares are never really squares and rectangles are never really rectangles.
Even if the eye doctor fixed the RX for free, the place I ordered my glasses from would charge $30 + S/H to replace the lenses. The difference is subtle enough that it isn't noticeable on most things.
Is it O.K. to just keep wearing them and try to get used to it? Can it hurt my eyes? Can it pose dangers to my functionality (Walking, driving, ect)? Should I go through the two week long hassle to get it fixed?
