ok so my mom has come into some $ and i asked my mom to buy me a bike for me and make it a christmas and birthday gift since my birthday is in december. so i got the bike today and it was $700 bucks and my dad is saying i dont deserve the bike or anything. My opinion is that i work my ass off doing like 35 hours a week and i am barely ever home and also i asked my mom to get me the bike because she wanted my older bike and i offered to pay for all the parts and maintenance for my old bike so my mom can use it. what do you guys think? should my dad be mad at my mom for getting me this bike?...i think i deserve it and i love to bike ride alot and i finally got an AWESOME bike now so do you guys think i am in the right or is my father in the right for being mad at me for getting the bike?
also my old bike i got back in 2005 cost my father $480....this is the awesome vike i got for $700 now
