Is it ok for me to have bicycle lights on my bicycle?

it aint gay lol, if you ride in the dark then obviously you need it, unless your talking about the other flashing lights with the twinkle twinkle little star tune rofl
 
Its safer, but it depends
like, i dont have use for them because i only ride skateparks, but if you ride on the road a lot then you deffinetly need them
