their business? We just leased our house out and the first check given to us (for the security deposit and the first month's rent) by the tenant is from his business. He and his wife are listed on the lease. His business is not listed anywhere on the lease. Should I ask him to add his business to the lease? He did say he would have a home office, but works primarily out of the home.
