Is it ok for a five year old to ride his bike to school by himself? I say its not?

The school is 3 blocks away. One of the roads has a lot of traffic in the morning especially.
Its not my child. I would never let my kids walk or ride alone at this age. Its my idiot neighbor.

And your right, it's not. Plenty of things could happen, especially when cars are involved. My little sister walked out of the house in our front lawn two years ago and a speeding driver who was drunk veered into our lawn and almost killed her. If it can happen, it will happen.
