Me and my boyfriend of 4 years broke up last week and im feeling really anxious and like id be a downer around people. I don't feel like talking to anyone for some reason. Part of me feels like I should get out to help me move on but I don't think i can act happy and fun right now. Is it healthy to not talk to anyone for a while?? I feel like I have to do some soul searching and it could be a while before im up to be around people. I read that its not healthy to seclude yourself when going through things like this. My ex is out hanging out with his stupid friends and going out but Im scared to be around people right now. I guess because im so anxious over this.
