Is it normal to feel sick after sex?

I am 36 weeks pregnant and I have had so far a healthy pregnancy my doctor has not stated that I cannot have sex anymore just at the very beginning. My only problem is every time after my husband and I have sex I feel nauseous, but I do not throw up. Is this normal and is it okay or should we take a break?
 
If ti's making you feel sick, then stop. I would say it probably has to do with the position you are in and blood flow back to your brain. That may be causing a short bit of low blood pressure that's bringing on the nausea.
 
Sex causes your uterus to contract which may be leading to the nausea. If your doctor knows and has not stopped you from having sex, I would;t worry to much. My husband and I cannot have sex, because it causes me to contract to much. Enjoy it while you can! 38 weeks and counting
