ok so iv had this pain in my chest that also runs to my back and only hurts when i breathe or just move... but also with this pain comes a fast heart beat .. but as my heart beats i hear and feel a popping with every beat that can be heard from other people just sitting across from me..and it too hurts with every pump... almost is like my heart is hitting my chest plate which is what it feels like every time it beats.. i freaked out over it.. thought maybe anxiety or just Pre-cordial Catch Syndrome (PCS) im 20 so it would make sense for the breathing chest pain but does not explain the heart irritation...
is it normal to feel pain in chest and feel heart beat against chest with popping noise?
