I wen to track practice today(like i do everyday) and it started out as usual. Our stretches, drills and than actual practice. Today was baton passing. I started out well but soon i sprinted pretty hard and over exerted myself. I felt dizzy and some nausea. Then as it was my urn again i started to run. I felt sick and like i wasn't going to make it back and i had to rest. Then the coaches assistants came over and walked me back. They must of knew i was gonna faint because coach made me lean on him. That's the last thing i remember. They said it was normal for people to faint sometimes. Especially if they didn't have enough water, had bad greasy food or none at all or even if they over exhert themselves. So just to make sure I'm asking here.
