Is it normal to experience anxiety symptoms when you're completely fine?

Most of the time i get weird feelings which sparks my anxiety/panic attacks. Lately my anxiety has been really bad, but I've been getting feelings I get while having a panic attack, when I'm not even thinking about anxiety. I've been nauseas all day long for the past couple weeks, I get tingles in my arms/fingers/legs and my body has been twitching like craazy. And I kind of have this hard to explain feeling. I feel kind of "hollow" if that makes sense. Is this normal?

Unfortunately yes. I am the same way, where I get feelings of panic and anxiety for no reason. But the good news is that they do go away eventually. :)

I get the same things as well. I am thinking the subconscious mind has something to with it because the problems do come out of nowhere, either that or I'm just nuts :dizzy:

Mine happen in two ways. Either i can be under pressure from something and it gets exagerrated, or i can working and managing the house, kiRAB, dog, husband etc with a lot on my plate, and BOOM, when i stop and relax it can hit me then too. I find when im on holiday i can get them more, and im sure it because ive had all the stress ofpacking and flying which i hate , then when im on a beautiful beach relaxing it can start, and its annoying as this is when i should be enjoying all the nice things in life....grrrrrr
