Is it normal not to feel anything?

for some reason about a hour ago i got really mad at myself for being so useless because i can't do anything and then after 10 mins of being mad i didn't really feel anything like im not happy im not sad im just nothing i am taking medicine for my cold but the side effects only says may cause dizziness sleepiness and upset stomach so is this normal? im15 if age makes a difference
