...stop do I? I just started using a stationary bike this week, after about ten minutes or so my legs start to ache a bit. By 20-30 minutes I usually have to stop and stretch my legs out. Once I have stretched my legs don't really hurt anymore and I can keep going.
Just wanted to make sure this is normal and its OK to keep exercising when this happens. I am pretty out of shape which I'm guessing is the main cause, also I feel fine the next day just a little sore but nothing unusual and no sharp pains. I do warm up beforehand and stretch a little bit. Do I need to stretch more or is this just because I'm such a lazy slacker or what?
