well i have an iris which is green with a small hazel center, and the another eye is hazel with a small green middle ... is this normal??

Some people have completely different eye colours - you know, one blue, one brown! It's normal and won't hurt you :-)

Eye colour is caused by a pigment called melanin, which is coded for by the DNA. Your differences in eye colour are caused by small, harmless mutations in the genes coding for your eye colour where slightly different amounts of melanin are being produced.

Nothing wrong with it at all

That's quite unusual, but it's harmless and actually very beautiful. Enjoy the pretty eyes!
