I'm 15 and I get a hot flash at least once a day, but its mostly more than that.
I'll just suddenly burn up, go sweaty and bright red and then after a couple of minutes, I'll go back to normal.
It even happens when I'm outside and it's very cold where I am at the moment :s
Is it normal for this to happen, or is this just something I shouldn't worry about?
