Every few weeks this happens for no reason. I just wipe it off on my jeans and forget about it, but I was wondering if this ever happens to anyone else?

I don't know what it is to be perfectly honest. It get's sticky and smells weird and that's why I wipe it off right away. It goes away pretty fast. Except when I'm laughing.
