Hello,i'm not sure about bending over because i have never hurt when bending over. But i can tell you its normal to have a sore throat if your reflux is coming up. I have kept a sore throat for as long as 3 months before because of it..I now no longer have the sore throat ,but i am keeping that lump feeling in my throat like something is in my throat.. Its crazy .. seems like there is a new symptom all the time..
