Normally, my sexual tension remains the same throughout the day, and peaks in the evenings before I... subdue it. But sometimes, I can go through quite a few days where I don't get much desire at all, but at the moment, my god, I seriously cannot satisfy myself, I am thinking more dirty than I normally would... Is this normal?
