Ive been going to the gym now for 5 weeks and instead of losing weight, i have actually gained half a stone!! The bizarre thing is that my stomach is much flatter and my waist line is less than it was 5 weeks ago? My diet has probably been lower in fat since I started going to the gym, so I cannot explain the weight gain?
