Being stuck down with babies seems like way too much responsibility. I'm 18, when I see young mothers who are stuck in one place and barely getting by it just makes me sick. I don't feel maternal. I just enjoy taking care of myself, spoiling myself, and going out and having fun. I mean I have a serious boyfriend and he knows how I feel and he's fine with it. He's talked to me about getting married in the future and I'm fine with having a husband, but I just don't desire babies. I want to get a Ph.D, I want to travel, have a lot of money, even live in different places in the world. Is it normal or am I an oddity?
