My 4 year old son has been outside playing since the weather has turned warmer and the other day he was at his Granny's house when he got a little winded after running up hill. Me, personally, I think that it has been from the lack of exercise and being cooped up in the house during winter. My parents think that is because my husband smokes. He does not smoke in the same room with our son but he does smoke in the house. It seems to me though that if it was from him smoking our son would get winded any time he was running around.
Is it normal for a 4 year old to get winded after running up hill?
