Is it normal for a 19 year old to like 80's ballads(songs) even though I was

born in the 90's? Like many of my friends like current music like rap and hip-hop but I like 80s songs and 80s ballads. Is this normal. I guess I started liking these songs because my dad was a fighter pilot and that's what he hears all the time. According to him back in the day when he was a fighter pilot he and his pilot friends would hear 80s ballads. I guess you can image the top gun movie scenario.(I think it is kind of humorous how he still wears Ray-Ban Aviator sunglasses) My family takes long road trips to vacation places (about 2000 miles) and he would put these songs on when he drove and I guess I got used to them and eventually liked them. I race dirt bikes and sometimes when I go riding for fun I put my ipod on and listen to 80s. I mean am I weird. My friends make fun of me sometimes when I listen to 80s ballads. (which are love songs). Oh and by the way I have never had a girlfriend so they think I am gay or something.
