when I play very old videos from the library on my vcr, the screen goes to blue every few seconds/minutes, for a few seconds, though the sound doesn't stop. It's fine in FF mode, but when you try to play the movie normally, you get this on-off flashing constantly. Is it the poor quality of the video, is the vcr getting old, or both? thanks.
