Is it more healthy to eat two biscuits then go for a 10min jog or dont eat the biscuits

and just lounge around I came home from school today and knowing i had to go for a jog with my friend soon, ate two chocolate biscuits to give me some energy as i was really tired. I was just wondering would it have been better/ more healthy for me to have just not eaten the biscuits and lounged around at home watching tv?
 
as long as ur jogging its all good.
but i would have eaten some fruit instead.
and, whenever im tired i go jogging and i actually become energized.
