Is it legally possible to publish a book entitled "the example" if there's already

a published bookentitled...? i really need help.. is it possible to publish a book entitled "the example" if there is already a published book entitled "example" can you still publish a book with almost the same title as a legally published book wherein the only difference in the title of those books is that one has the word "the" on its title and the other doesn't?
