...public forum, like YouTube? I am thinking of sharing food photographs I took at restaurants I dined at and including the restaurant's name, address, and website in order to inform the viewers where the restaurant is. My idea is like a food blog through photographs in a slide-show format with music in the background. My concern is that I do not know if this is legal, if the restaurant can sue me, or if I can run into any legal trouble at all by making these videos and posting them on YouTube, since the restaurants did not ask me to post pictures of their food or advertise for them. Does anyone know?
