Me and a friend are making a movie. For the opening scene I thought it would look cool to have a shot of his truck driving down the highway. The place we want to shoot has a random extra wide shoulder on it and I was planning on parking there, and wait for him to drive by and shoot it. The area is in the middle of eastern Kansas on 69 highway. Does anyone know it that is legal to film on a kansas highway. I haven't shot that scene yet and it isn't completely necessary, but any answers would help.
