I was reading the rent control website and basically it's impossible to evict anyone in Los Angeles even if they are on a month to month lease unless they break something in the lease or fail to pay rent. Is this true that you can't give a 30 or 60 day notice even if the lease is month to month, let's say for no particular reason or you want to rent to someone else, unless they have been a bad tenant?
