I built a website for one of my clients. The site contain an English version and a Chinese version. The client paid half, but never pay the rest. I tried to contact him for months by phone, Email, Certified mail, but no response. Since he only paid half, I think I should give him half of the service. Can I remove the Chinese version of the website from his hosting server? Can the client sue me because he thinks my action caused damage to his business? BTW, it is a informational website, I cannot believe he will lost money because the Chinese site is down.
