Is it legal for my 20 year old boyfriend to have sex with me if im only 15?

Okay so let me clear things up. I have a 20 year old boyfriend, and im 15. Yes i know theres an age difference there, and no my parents don't approve of it, but i don't really care. I've known this guy since i was like 8 and our parents are like best friends, but none of them want us dating.

Anyways we got into an argument last night. He said that he couldn't wait for me anymore.(wait to have sex) He assumes that since we are boyfriend and girl friends we can do this without getting in trouble. I told him numerous times that i wasn't ready, and that it still didn't make it legal. He doesn't beleive that since im technically still a minor, and hes an adult that he can get arrested for it. He thinks its just another law that people just brush off. Now im on here because i want to show him this page, with your opinions on it for wether or not he could get into trouble for having sex with me, whether its volantary or not.

PS: If this helps, I'm living in the US right now, and we are in Georgia.
 
Its illegal....

I was 16 and my boyfriend was 20 when we first started dating... He waited until I was 18 til we had sex... It showed that he respected me (also he was studying to be a cop, so the last thing he wanted to do was break the law)....

Dont just do it because he can't wait for you, do it because you are ready to.... if he can wait then it just shows how much respect and love he has for you
 
although I'm not familiar with the laws in the state of Georgia, I'd be willing to bet that it would be considered "statutory rape" if nothing else. Yes, 10 minutes of sex with you would more than likely result in 10 years in a Georgia penitentiary.
