My boyfriend applied for a job working for one of my dad's friends. after a few days at the job, his at-the-time boss informed him that his drug test had returned positive for marijuana and that he was fired.
He then told my dad that my boy friend had failed his U.A. due to pot. It seems to me that his should be illegal, and we should be able to sue or something.
BTW, we're both over 18, and live in the state of Washington, if this makes a difference.
Where can I find proof that this was illegal, and how can I press forward with taking legal action?
