...employees or customers? I have a supervisor that has discussed some performance reviews with other employees(same level as me) and customers. Also has talked to them about situations that we do not see eye to eye on. I also wanted to know if it is legal for a supervisor to suggest you go get medical treatment.
 
The discussions are probably not illegal, but are unprofessional and stupid.

Not illegal for the supervisor to suggest that you go get medical treatment.
 
go get medical treatment is ok but the other i am sure its against the law. you can not discuss that and if you find the laws in the store you will find its not right or professional.
